香りKodo Incense Ceremony By　TAKASE Chiharu   今日はじめて「香道」というものを体験しました。香木が温められて香りが立ち上ってきます。見よう見まねで香りを「聞いて」みました。（香道の場合は香りを「嗅ぐ」じゃなくて「聞く」というそうです。）上品な香りがふわっと香ってとても優雅な気分になりました。香りってすごい力を持っていますね。こんなに簡単に気分を変えられるなんて・・・正直びっくりしました。 「香道」を生活の中に取り入れるのはちょっと難しいかもしれませんが、芳香剤や香りつきの入浴剤などでしたら、簡単に取り入れることができそうです。香りで気分リフレッシュ、 明日から早速試してみたいと思います。 みなさんは生活の中に「香り」を取り入れていますか。 「香道」参考ページ    ■To listen to ...
