Cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted. However, we will accept cooling-off and mid-term cancellation upon request for members who have paid more than 50,000 yen for the purchase of lesson tickets in Japan and who have purchased a lesson package with a ticket expiry date of more than two months at the time of purchase. |
