Nostalgic look back to food blogs

One of the great things about Japan is the food.
There are so many iconic recipes and food types that listing them would be difficult.

The teachers over the years have introduced some of these - especially those of their own hometowns.
One of the main dishes in Japanese Washoku cuisine is rice.
Japanese rice is slightly different from some other rice-eating culture staple foods because it is sticky.

In 2011, Sakude sensei wrote an article in the teachers' blog about a way to eat Japanese rice.
I thought it would be great to look back at some of these blog archives.

 See that article here: http://joi-japonin.blogspot.com/2011/03/japanese-furikake-seasoning.html

Thank you Sakude sensei
