There is no need to purchase commercial textbooks. In JOI’s Flex Lessons, the instructors will each use lesson slides created to aid with comprehension of key points of Japanese language learning. This ensures that as much content as possible is taught in each 50-mins lesson in a digestable manner. However, for Private Lessons, it is possible to request custom lessons utilizing commercial textbooks.
As long as you have a stable internet connection and a computer (or a smartphone or tablet), you can take the lessons. JOI uses Zoom technology for online classes. Compatible with PC, Mac,iPhone, and Android. A Step-by-Step PDF guide is also available.
